OVERVIEW
What to Expect
- Advanced, team-based training with experienced coaches

Winter Season:
- Dates: December 1, 2025 – March 22, 2026
- Holiday Break: December 22 – January 2 (practices resume January 3)
- Location: Chelsea Piers Connecticut (1 Blachley Rd, Stamford, CT)

- Spring: March 23 — June 21 (Junior Olympic Travel Team - July 26)
- Fall: September 2026
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Note: When Chelsea Piers hosts a swim meet, we may not have access to the pool. We will seek alternate locations; if unavailable, practices will be canceled for that day.

Divided by age group, based on age as of August 1, 2026:
- 12U Boys
- 12U Girls
- Girls 12+
- 14U Boys
- High School Boys
Games & Tournaments
- Regular scrimmages and local games are included in the season. Families can choose full-time practices or 2 practices per week based on their availability/schedules.
- Each age group has multiple opportunities to compete in travel tournaments. These tournaments are in addition to the season registration fees. Participant fees cover shared coach costs and the entry fee.
Program Cost
CT Premier offers commitment levels for our Travel Program. Full-time players join all practices. Part-time players join for two practices a week.
Full-Time Practices
- 12U Boys: $975
- 12U Girls: $975
- Girls 12+: $1,200
- 14U Boys: $1,200
- High School Boys: $1200
Part-Time Practices (2/Week)
- Girls 12+: $900
- 14U Boys: $900
- High School Boys: $900
Team Uniforms
All players are required to purchase and wear the official CT Premier team suit, tee shirt, and shorts for all games and tournaments. Order your gear at our team store.

Please Note: All participants must be able to swim the length of a 25-yard pool without stopping or touching the wall.
