Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Camps & Clinics

There are no refunds. If you cancel and your spot can be filled, you will be credited the registration fee less a 15% administration fee.

NEZ JO Qualifiers

No refunds allowed

Rise Up Tournament - Orlando

There are no refunds. If a player is unable to attend a tournament due to illness, a credit (less a 15% admin fee) will be given for a future tournament/season.

Spring Season

No refunds.

Travel Tournaments

There are no refunds. If a players is unable to attend a tournament due to illness, a credit will be offered for a future season or tournament participant fee less 20% cancellation fee.
