Open to any and all players on a first come first served basis limited only by number, age and grade level.

Recommended for players with at least one year of playing experience.

There will be two sessions, one for high school players and one for middle school players. For each age group, the camp will run for 2 hours of pool time each day (exact times TBD).

High School Player Clinic

Registration fee for the 2-day camp is $385.

USA Water Polo Membership

All players must be current members of USA Water Polo.

If you have not had a USA Water Polo membership in the past, you can register for a 2 week free trial membership on the USA Water Polo website. Please make sure that the membership is in effect for the dates of the clinic.

Ross Sinclair

Ross is a USA Water Polo National Team coach. He was the head coach of the Youth Men's National Team and led them to a silver medal at the 2022 Pan American games and a 9th place finish at the 2022 Youth World Championships in Belgrade Serbia. Most recently, he was an assistant coach on the Junior USA Men's National Team that won a bronze medal at the 2023 U20 World Championship in Bucharest, Romania. This was the first medal at a world championship at any age group for USA Water Polo. 

Ross currently serves as the Director of Newport Beach Aquatics and is the head coach of the 18U Boys and18U Girls Teams. For the first time in program history, he led the the 18U Girls team to a Gold Medal at the 2022 Junior Olympics as well as a 18U Boys Gold Medal at the 2023 Junior Olympics.  

Ross grew up in Newport Beach where he attended Newport Harbor High School. After a successful high school career, he moved on to become a two-time All American at UC Santa Barbara. He was selected to be a part of the UCSB Athletics All-Decade Team and is ranked number 5 as the all time leading goal scorer in the program history. Ross went on to play 5 years professionally in Europe, Australia, and South America. While playing internationally, he led the Australian National League in scoring while earning All-Australian Honors twice. All while playing, Ross has gained more than 10 years of coaching experience.

Brian Flacks

Brian is the Stanford University Men's Water Polo Head Coach. He made a splash in his first campaign with the Cardinal, surpassing Dante Dettamanti's record for the best start by a first-year head coach in 2022, guiding Stanford to a 17-0 record, its best start to a season since 2001. Highlights of the season saw the Cardinal win the MPSF Invite at home, defeating UCLA and California, and advancing to the MPSF Championship game in postseason play, while overseeing All-American efforts from Jackson Painter and Quinn Woodhead.

He had served as the Aquatic Director and Head Boys' Coach at Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles for 10 years and was the head coach of the United States U-18 National Youth Team, while serving as an assistant for the Senior Men's National Team
